Processes that will be offered: Inscription and Revision of PRE horses in the US As well as requests to present horses for Qualified status Horses for Inscription: (look to see in your horse is included on www.librogenealogico.com) if your horse is not there, and you do not have a carta please sign your horse up for inscription .... Should your horse already have a carta (but it is currently not in your possession), you cannot re-inscribe your horse, as it already has a codigo. Horses for Revision: Horses who are of the age 3 and over (applies to the year they were born, not the month) may be presented for revision, regardless of their inscription status.... horses who have their cartas in hand may be presented for revison, and horses who are presented for inscription may also (at the same time) be presented for revision. Should your horse have a carta but the carta is currently not in your possession, please find a way to retrieve your carta so you can present your horse for revision (again, you cannot re-inscribe a horse that already has a codigo!) Payment and Pricing.... NO MONEY will be taken for the inscription processes.... once LG-ANCCE has completed your inscription paperwork, you will be asked to pay for it at that time (This does not apply to breeders/owners who have already paid to FAB-PRE and have proof of payment). The address of your host facility if applicable Contact phone number and e-mail *** If you have more than 1 horse that requires service, please put the information for each horse separate so they do not get confused. *** The name of the horse that is to be presented The service it requires (Inscription, Revision, or both) The horses Codigo, or the cubricion number (can be found on the top right of your breeding certificate/ certificado de cubricion) Your horses microchip number Your horses date of birth (please spell out the month) The name of your horses sire, and its codigo The name of your horses dam, and its codigo The breeders name and codigo The owners name and codigo After receiving this information, I will guide you through the next steps in your requests for service. We need to get a list of all horses requesting service ASAP!!!
