Posted 02/14/08 by Donna DeYoung ANCCE, the Spanish Studbook, is gathering information about who wants to get their horses qualified. Qualification (Reproductores Calificados) is the second tier of quality control in the Spanish Studbook. Your horse must first have passed basic revision and have their carta. Then they can be inspected to be called "Calificado". There are only a handful of horses in the U.S. that have met this criteria so far. If you are interested in getting your horse Qualified, contact ANCCE via the email below - and tell them where you live and how many horses you have that you would like to be Qualified.
