Andalusian Horse News Breaking News by Donna DeYoung Revision to be Held in California in February 2008 Added 02/01/08 by Donna DeYoung USPRE announced on their website that inscription/revision for Pure Spanish Horses will be held in California sometime between February 11 and February 23, 2008. The ANCCE delegation headed by Dr. Arancha Rodriguez will hold these services in two locations. See the full announcement.
