Andalusian Horse News Breaking News by Donna DeYoung Good News from Spain Added 1/29/07 by Donna DeYoung In a recent turn of events, the Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse has come out with a plan to start their own registry and provide "cartas" for Pure Spanish Horses. They are no longer working with the Stud Book in Spain handled by ANCCE. However, I wrote to a contact in Spain and asked them, what does Spain think about what is going on? Will they still work with us? Their response was "Yes ANCCE is willing and is working with the few breeders in the US who are staying with them. They are having the breeders go direct." So, what does "go direct" mean? If you sent in your paperwork and included an email address, you should have received an email from ANCCE with teh status of your paperwork. I received one and they had requested a minor correction on one of my forms. I made that correction and my email was responded to within the same day. Stay tuned... [Home]
